This kitchen was recently finished in a very nice 2nd floor apartment located near the river in Shepperton. It is a business home for a gentlemen who commutes from Manchester to london every week. Modern and fresh was the brief. What a fantastic end result. It looks great in just black and white with the contrasting wooden floor.

Here are some pictures of a kitchen that we were asked to update for a rental property. The old kitchen was run down and was in need of a face lift.

We have simply replaced the cupboard doors, fitted a new worktop, sink, hob and oven. With new tiles between the worktops and the cupboards it gives this kitchen a new lease of life. It looks smart but more importantly, clean.

With a new fitted kitchen, an updated bathroom, new carpets and a fresh coat of paint this house should stand a better chance of being rented than the rest.
