In Farnham Royal
A delightful semi detached house in a very lovely part of Farnham Royal. A quiet cul-de-sac overlooking fields and countryside. It seems that we are really quite lucky, we often end up in some very pleasant areas.
Thanks to Mr & Mrs Pearce for their patience and endless goodwill. The bacon sandwiches also went down very well too.

A few shots of what remains of the old bathroom. Very old in design and just a little tired. Time for a make over. Away you go Dave!

An unusual lamp this with an intergrated heater. Looks terrible. This will be replaced underfloor heating and the repositioning of the heated towel rail.

Here is a photo of the newly installed shower room in the bedroom. This whole area will be eventually be concealed behind mirror doors.

With a small sink fitted on the opposite side of the enclosure adds to the practicality.

With everything now completed apart from the final painting and decoration, this bathroom looks great. Just by organising the space properly it is incredible how much bigger this bathroom looks although more furniture has gone into it.

Beech cabinets, black Nero Absolute granite worktops look great and gives this bathroom an air of quality. A little more expensive than the average build but looks every penny and much more.

Underfloor heating installed under the tiles will always make this bathroom a welcoming one. Contrasting colours of the cabinets, floor and worktops work well together. Add a vibrent colour of a towel to give it real punch.

Boxed in baths in my opinion always look good and this one is no different, thanks to some great measuring by the owner the cainets and the bath fit together millimetre perfect.

An elegant shower screen and simple mixer tap controls for the shower add to the modern design of this bathroom. A inviting place to relax and be lost in.
